Shipping
Your order: Credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted through PayPal, an easy and secure online payment service. A 6.35% sales tax fee will be charged only to orders shipped within/to Utah.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Items will be shipped via USPS. Please contact us with any special delivery requests.
International orders: We will only ship International with a prepaid money order in US Dollars. We will ship the order only after we receive the money order. We can not process refunds for any International orders. Contact us at customerservicedznwhey.com for any further questions regarding this policy.
Rush Delivery: Rush orders must be placed via telephone at 801-766-2235. Rush orders – if they’re received by noon Eastern Time – are shipped the same business day, once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, and should arrive in three business days. However, rush delivery is not available Saturday or Sunday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, unwashed item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping and 10% restocking fee. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip is required for reimbursement at the purchase price.
Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange an item from your order, please return it within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for paying shipping costs on items to be exchanged and shipping will be charged for new item. Curdz N’ Whey will only refund shipping charges if Curdz N’ Whey sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
